Step into a playful world with "Eat, Play, Love, Pandas" a solo exhibition by Krissie Phee. Follow a cute panda on a journey exploring various places and good food. The artworks feature black and white pandas against lively, colorful backgrounds, showcasing a simple yet impactful contrast.

At the heart of this exhibition lies the celebration of the Lunar New Year, a time-honored tradition marked by the Fil-Chi community, descendants of Chinese migrants who ventured to the Philippines seeking new opportunities and forging lasting bonds. Through the creative expressions of our Chinoy artists, we illuminate the stories of resilience, adaptation, and cultural fusion that define this dynamic relationship.

The collective exhibition delves into the Chinese-Filipino cultural narrative amid our contemporary Philippine art landscape. With notably coherent, cohesive curation, and an expansive selection of both established and emerging artists, the exhibition promises an experience that looks to the past while contemplating reflections on the “ever-evolving Chinese-Filipino community” at present, reminding “of the value of moving forward… pressing on no matter the pace” (de Veyra).

Art in the Park continues to benefit the Museum Foundation of the Philippines in support of its projects and programs for the National Museum of the Philippines and its network. For its 18th edition, Art in the Park gathers over 60 exhibitors representing galleries, art collectives, independent art spaces, and student groups to present a vibrant showcase of diverse talents and to offer an opportunity for fair-goers to engage, interact, and immerse themselves in Filipino creativity. Prices of artworks at Art in the Park are capped at P70,000 with many art lovers scoring coveted pieces for even far less. Art in the Park is organized by Philippine Art Events, Inc., for the benefit of the Museum Foundation of the Philippines with support from Globe Platinum and Bank of The Philippine Islands, and with partners MACEA, Barangay Bel Air, and the Museum Foundation of the Philippines.
